If you are a current client and would like to book an appointment, please call us at the studio to make an appointment or contact your stylist directly using the number on their business cards. If we are unable to answer, leave a message and we will get back with you. Please remember that we do have a cancellation policy for lash fills, so please cancel your reserved time slot with at least 24 hours notice.
If you would like to transfer to us from a different lash stylist/salon, please understand that we may charge different prices based on how your lashes are upon arrival. You must have at least 50% of your extensions in to be considered a “fill” and they must be applied properly by a reputable stylist/salon. In some cases, if we find that the previous extensions are improperly applied and are damaging to your natural lashes, they may have to be removed and a new set applied.
NEW clients: Please arrive on time for your appointment as there is some paper work prior to the actual service (expect to stay up to 2 hours for brand new lash sets). Also, we ask that you not wear eye makeup the day of the service, not use oil based makeup remover, and not crimp or curl lashes within two days of coming in. Please keep in mind that you should not get them wet for the rest of the day following the appointment. When booking online, we require you fill out credit your card information to reserve a time slot as we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Thank you.
